from Education to Product Design

I spent a decade in education, but looking back, I was always a designer. With my educational background in English Teaching, my career has been dedicated to one goal: breaking down complex barriers to help people succeed.

In the classroom, I acted as both researcher and architect. I didn't just 'teach'—I analyzed my 'users' (learners) to identify their cognitive pain points and iterated on my 'products' (lessons and curricula) to make them more accessible and engaging. Whether I was adjusting a content strategy for a diverse group or designing a digital learning experience, I was practicing user-centered design long before I had the title.

Product Design is the natural evolution of this mindset. It’s where my passion for analytical thinking, deep empathy, and creative problem-solving meets the digital world. I’m excited to bring my 10 years of human-focused experience to build inclusive, impactful digital products that help people feel understood and empowered.
